Family Cooperation Edition

Cooperation

Everyone wins together — or no one does. Pool resources, share properties, and race against the bank instead of each other.

Equity Edition

Coopetition

Players start with different resource levels, simulating real-world inequality. Win by achieving parity — not dominance.

Win condition: First player to bring all players within 20% of the median wealth wins

Key rule: Players with the most wealth pay 25% of rent received to a community fund

Best for: Teens and adults, conversations about fairness and systems
